Terms of Service
Last updated 28 September 2026
In short: planning is free and needs no account. Pro is a subscription that renews until you cancel, and you can cancel any time. Your spreadsheets and projects stay on your computer. Drumplan is a planning aid: check its output before you cut cable, order it or make a claim.
1. Who we are
Drumplan (the "Service") at drumplan.app is operated by Banam Marketing Pvt. Ltd., 207 Millennium Heights, F-11, Islamabad, Pakistan. Paid plans are sold and billed by Whoa Mart Ltd, a UK company. In these terms "we" and "us" means Banam Marketing Pvt. Ltd. and, for anything to do with paid plans and billing, Whoa Mart Ltd. You can reach us at support@drumplan.app. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Drumplan is a browser-based tool for electrical contractors. It reads cable schedules, drum registers and site records from spreadsheets, suggests which cable run to cut from which drum, estimates what cable to buy, records cuts, and reports what a revised cable schedule changes. The free plan includes importing schedules and drum stock, the drum plan, drum cards, the drum schedule and order list, and recording cuts. Drumplan Pro adds revision reconciliation, the revision impact and abortive work report, importing site pulling records, and the full project workbook. The sample project has every Pro feature unlocked. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we remove a paid feature that is central to the plan you paid for, you can ask for a refund of the unused part of your current billing period.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Pro is sold per user as a monthly or yearly subscription at the price shown on the site at the time of purchase: 49 US dollars a month or 490 US dollars a year. Prices are in US dollars and may include taxes where required.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Where the checkout page says the subscription is sold through Link, Stripe's Link service acts as the reseller and merchant of record for payment and tax purposes, and its terms also apply to your purchase. We do not see or store your full card details.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and you will be charged the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal. If a payment fails, Pro features may stop working until the payment is resolved.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time: open Drumplan, click Account in the top bar and choose Manage billing, or email support@drumplan.app. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and will not renew.
5. Refunds
We offer a full refund on any payment if you ask within 14 days of that payment. The details are in our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. License keys
After purchase you receive a license key that unlocks Pro in your browser. A key is for the person who bought it, on their own devices. Please do not publish, sell or share your key. We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly or used in breach of these terms.
7. Your data
Spreadsheets you import are read inside your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. Your projects are saved in your browser's storage on your computer. You keep all rights to your data. Data stored in a browser can be lost if the browser's storage is cleared, so keep your own copies by exporting project files.
8. A planning aid, not an instruction
Drumplan's results depend on the schedules, drum records and site records you give it and on the allowances you set. Cable lengths on drums, cutting allowances and site conditions vary. You are responsible for checking the plan, the order list and any revision report before you cut or order cable, and before you rely on a report in a claim or dispute. The site engineer remains responsible for what is cut and installed.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell or sublicense the Service, attempt to bypass plan restrictions or payment checks, interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, or use the Service for anything unlawful.
10. Availability and warranty
We aim to keep the Service available and working well, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business, wasted cable, rework or programme delays arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects paying subscribers, we will notify you by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when the terms were last updated.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have the benefit of mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
